Your Part-Time Controller, LLC is seeking a dedicated Controller to provide outsourced accounting services to nonprofit clients. The role supports multiple organizations, requiring hands-on, client-facing leadership and collaborative work with boards and finance committees.

The position is part-time with a hybrid schedule, emphasizing professional development, strong Excel use, and experience with QuickBooks and other GL systems. Great team culture and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–7+ years accounting experience.
• Experience in remote environments preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple clients independently.

Responsabilités

• Serve as outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients.
• Prepare financial reporting for management and boards.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting policies and controls.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support grant management and funder reporting; assist audits.
