Your Part-Time Controller, LLC is an award-winning accounting firm serving nonprofits in the Atlanta area. We offer a hybrid work environment, flexible schedule, and a clear path from Accountant to Controller, with a 35-hour standard work week and paid overtime eligibility for non-exempt staff.

We seek a dedicated Accountant with nonprofit experience or interest, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks to manage multiple client books and collaborate with boards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience working with multiple sets of books or clients.
• Willingness to travel to client offices as needed when it is safe to do so.

Responsabilités

• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly financials and related analysis.
• Grant tracking and monitoring.
• Cash flow projections and monitoring.
• Preparation for outside audits.
