We are seeking a dedicated Controller to guide nonprofit clients, interact with boards, and lead finance functions across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–7+ years accounting experience.
• Experience with remote work arrangements.
• Ability to manage and lead multiple clients independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as outsourced Controller for multiple nonprofit clients.
• Prepare and present financial reporting to executives and boards.
• Recommend improvements to accounting, operations, and internal controls.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and grant/funder reporting.
• Prepare for and manage annual audits.
