Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7+ years accounting experience.
• Experience working in a remote environment preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients.
• Prepare financial reporting for management and Board decisions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.
• Handle transactions: A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, month-end close.
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Manage grant accounting and funder reporting.
• Prepare for annual audits and support staff training.
