Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) is a leading nonprofit accounting outsourcer recognized with Best Place to Work awards. Starting base salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 for a full-time, non-exempt role. Travel to client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years in public accounting or industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly financials and related analysis.
• Grant tracking and monitoring.
• Cash flow projections and monitoring.
• Preparation for outside audits.
