Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in basic accounting tasks, including AP processing, expense review, and invoicing.
• Familiarity with Intacct accounting software or similar accounting systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard office software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial transactions and documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage AP transactions in Intacct accounting software.
• Review and verify employee expense reports and timesheet coding.
• Assist in the preparation and assembly of invoices.
• Perform routine accounting tasks like data entry and account reconciliation.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents.
• Support the accounting team in generating reports and financial statements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes.
