Job summary

Grassroots Analytics, a political tech company based in Washington, DC, is seeking an entry-level Nonprofits Account Manager to help nonprofits maximize the value of GA’s data products. You’ll work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, coordinating onboarding, pursuing new opportunities, and supporting campaign success.

You’ll manage client relationships, present proposals, and track ROI while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in nonprofit development, digital fundraising or political campaigns
• Strong relationship-building across client and consultant networks
• Experience with client management and/or lead generation
• Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts
• Proficient with project management tools
• Commitment to racial, gender, economic, and environmental justice

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Account Management (40%) – Facilitate onboarding for new clients by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring contracts and invoicing details are accurate.
• Targeting & Engaging Clients (20%) – Lead strategy and prioritization of outreach to prospective nonprofit clients.
• Converting Interest to Sales (20%) – Maintain deep knowledge of Grassroots Analytics services to respond confidently to client questions.
• Cultivating Relationships (20%) – Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit development teams, consultants, and partner firms.
