Grassroots Analytics (GA) is a political tech company focused on fundraising for progressive campaigns. We are seeking a Fundraising Strategist to deliver targeted donor lists, training, and strategic fundraising guidance to a portfolio of campaigns and causes across the country.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven strategy, and exceptional client service, with opportunities for growth and collaboration with senior leadership. Based in Washington, DC, in-office.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years in political campaign fundraising.
• Experience building finance plans and conducting political call time.
• Adept understanding of the political landscape.
• Strong relationship builder with consultants and clients.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Interest in progressive causes and diverse candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Data querying and donor list building using Grassroots’ donor database.
• Provide fundraising guidance and strategic advice to client campaigns.
• Grow accounts by building relationships with political consultants and firms.
• Attend client events and lead training sessions on call time and fundraising.
• Organize Grassroots-hosted fundraisers when in town and support client needs.
