Job description

Grassroots Analytics (“GA”) is a political tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers in fundraising for progressive campaigns and causes. To facilitate that work, GA maintains a detailed database on more than 20 million active, left-leaning American donors, including data on net worth, ideological preferences, political donation history, non-profit donation history, demographics, and contact information. Our overall mission is to use that data to amplify forward-thinking voices, causes, and people.

Grassroots Analytics is seeking a Fundraising Strategist (FS) to join our team of experts to provide top-tier, individualized fundraising guidance directly to our clients. The FS will collaborate closely with the Director of Campaigns Subscriptions to offer campaigns highly-targeted donor lists, comprehensive fundraising instruction, and industry-leading customer service. • Execute for clients the data services included in our comprehensive “data + strategy” package.

  • Assist the client in building a finance and call time plan.
  • Host call time training sessions with clients and their teams.
  • Attend on-the-ground embeds with clients at their respective headquarters (usually around large fundraising events).
  • Collect client feedback and make recommendations to the Director of Campaigns Subscriptions on how we can improve our service.
Account Growth
  • Learn the full scope and range of Grassroots products to make personalized recommendations for client growth. Proactively suggest opportunities for clients to level up or reach new prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with political consultants and firms across the progressive space.
  • Attend conferences to build connections with potential clients, vendor partners, and other progressive figures.
Additional Projects
