Job summary

Donorlytics is seeking an Account Executive in Irvine, CA for a full-time, remote-first role. The position offers an OTE of $85k–$125k including base pay and performance bonuses, with base salary in the $50k–$65k range plus commission.

You will lead demos, manage pipeline, and own onboarding for nonprofit customers. You will work in a growing, AI-powered environment with a focus on delivering impact for mission-driven organizations.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or consultative environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience running live demos and managing follow-ups.
Willingness to learn the nonprofit space and product quickly.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Run 1:1 product demos with nonprofit leaders and stakeholders.
Lead consultative conversations to understand organizational needs, challenges, and readiness.
Manage follow-ups and move opportunities through a structured sales pipeline.
Close new accounts and take responsibility for outcomes.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow defined workflows.
Share feedback from sales conversations to improve messaging, onboarding, and activation.
Own early onboarding and activation.
