Job summary

Feathr, a nonprofit marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Account Director to drive new business with mission-driven organizations. You will guide nonprofits from demo to close, manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with a senior sales team to craft proposals.

This is a quota-carrying, remote role in the United States, with a base salary of $90,000 and $180,000 OTE. Benefits include health and dental coverage, vacation, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in quota-carrying new business role.
• Proven track record of top-performance and diligent pipeline management.
• Sold new technology/services to more traditional customer segments.
• Experience driving value-based urgency to close deals with a 45-60 day sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Guide nonprofits through the buying process from demo to proposal to close.
• Prep for new demos and closing calls, lead those calls, and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Report to the Associate Director of Sales and participate in monthly coaching sessions.
