Careers in McLean, Virginia is seeking a Recruiter for a Flexible Remote role, commission-only. You vet candidates and manage them through the process; we provide the open roles, companies, and tools.

This is a fully remote, independent-contractor arrangement, not an employee position. You’ll review responses, perform quick vetting by phone, schedule, and keep the candidate pipeline moving across assigned roles.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or similar) and demonstrated ability to vet candidates and run a pipeline.
• Strong candidate communication and follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple active candidates across roles without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable with commission-only, placement-based compensation.
• Maintain at least 3 active candidates across assigned roles and deliver at least 1 qualified submission every 2 weeks per active role.
• 30-day pipeline activity and 90-day results checkpoints.
