This is a Telemetry Monitor Technician Supervisor role at Riley Children's Hospital offering a flexible schedule (days/nights) to be determined in collaboration with the department, along with flexible weekend and holiday coverage. A BLS certification is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must have 3–5 years of cardiac telemetry experience.
Supervises and directs the duties, responsibilities, schedules and daily operations of the non-invasive cardiology team. The non-invasive supervisor will partner with the department manager to recruit, hire and develop training for the non-invasive cardiology team. The supervisor will resolve problems in a collaborative fashion with all team members and department leadership. The supervisor will ensure the provision of 24/7 patient care services by developing effective working relationships with leaders from nursing, clinical engineering and IT services. The supervisor will collaborate with department leaders and contribute to the decision‑making process. The supervisor will be available by phone after hours and weekends as needed to support the department.
