• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit control.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
• Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills.

• Manage the Non-Food Department and the total store when designated as the Manager on duty.
• Authorize refunds and overrides; count register and deposit money in the bank.
• Assist in training employees and provide scheduling coverage as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, reduce damages, and ensure proper shelving and pricing.
• Oversee cash accountability, key control, and security practices.
• Support store operations in the Store Manager's and Assistant Manager's absence.
• Ensure safe, clean, and secure working and shopping environments.
