• Two to three years of retail clerk experience.
• Previous lead experience and/or grocery store experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Non-Food Department and the store when designated as Manager on duty.
• Ensure inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service.
• Provide training to employees and assist in scheduling coverage.
• Maintain cash accountability, oversee refunds/overrides, and deposit procedures.
• Supervise operations in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies.
