Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Non-Food Department and total store when designated as Manager on duty.
• Authorize refunds and overrides; count register and deposit money.
• Maintain cash accountability, key control, and store security practices.
• Provide training to employees and assist in scheduling coverage.
• Direct and assist in stocking, presentation, and adherence to plan‑o‑gram standards.
• Ensure proper rotation of perishable items and orderly receiving operations.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and a secure working/shopping environment.
