Job summary

Responsibilities include managing cash controls, refunds, and store safety, while maintaining efficient scheduling and store workflow. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of retail clerk experience.
• Two to three years of lead or grocery store experience preferred.
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• When manager on duty, authorize refunds and overrides; count register and bank deposits.
• Maintain cash accountability and security compliance.
• Manage store in Manager on Duty absence.
• Train employees under Store Manager/Assistant Manager guidance.
• Train associates in stocking, presentation and performance standards.
