Job Overview

Coleman Worldwide Moving is hiring non‑CDL drivers to load, transport, and unload household goods. The role involves crew leadership, customer interaction, and safe, timely delivery of items.

Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew during loading and unloading of shipments onto and from the truck.
• Inspect shipments before loading to ensure proper packing and wrapping.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all items.
• Assist with loading trucks or containers for interstate movement.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck, moving equipment, straps, tensioners, and walkboards.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residences and the vehicle.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Real ID/Driver’s License preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual; ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Working Conditions

Indoor and outdoor work; lifting up to 50 pounds; frequent squatting, bending, use of stairs; driving for long periods.
