Gee-Z Brands is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager for the Non-Alcoholic division in Indianapolis. The role focuses on leading sales initiatives, coordinating with wholesalers, and driving growth in a competitive segment.

You will design and execute a world-class sales process and promote our Non-Alcoholic brand across regional accounts. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with strong analytical and communication skills, and has experience in retail/wholesaler-driven sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPG experience in non-alcoholic segment preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-based recommendations.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage promotions, distribution, pricing, and sales initiatives for the Non-Alcohol brand.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and field sales to align with strategy and increase visibility.
• Develop wholesaler plans, budgets, and present business reviews.
• Build relationships with regional chains to grow market share.
• Conduct monthly meetings with wholesalers to promote new products and programs.
• Review strategies to improve profitability using data like IRI and program recaps.
