Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales/CPG, preferably Non-Alcoholic, within last five years.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across retailers/wholesalers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage promotions, distribution, pricing, and sales initiatives for the Non-Alcohol brand across independent and regional accounts.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and field sales to increase brand visibility and implement pricing and space programs.
• Develop wholesaler plans, present business reviews, and communicate activities effectively.
• Build relationships with regional chains to grow market share and drive profitability.
• Conduct monthly meetings with main wholesalers to promote new products and programs.
