Gee‑Z Brands is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager for the Non-Alcoholic division to grow our Washington, DC footprint. You will lead sales, promotions, and pricing initiatives with wholesalers and regional chains to expand product placements and market share.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree and DC residency are required, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Growth in current/most recent position within last five years – ideally in sales/marketing/analytic roles.
• High level of expertise in analyzing information and making data-based recommendations.
• Organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects in retail/wholesaler initiatives.
• Strong communications and presentation skills; data-driven selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business, promotions, distribution, innovation, sales, and pricing initiatives for our Non-Alcohol brand at independent and regional chain accounts in DC to drive growth.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and local field sales to align with big bets, increase brand visibility, and manage pricing and distribution initiatives.
• Develop wholesaler plans, budgets, present business reviews, and communicate activities effectively.
