Job summary

JLL is seeking a Nodal Maintenance Manager to support state-of-the-art delivery stations in a 24x7 environment across North America. The role emphasizes reliability engineering, program management, and strong client relationship skills while onsite at Jacksonville, FL and other sites.

The candidate will lead portfolio management, KPIs, and escalation procedures, ensuring service levels per the Master Work Order and coordinating with the client’s program management lead for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of sites in 24x7 operations.
• Strong focus on reliability engineering and uptime optimization.
• Ability to coordinate across shifts and multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a limited portfolio of 23-34 sites with 24x7 operations coverage.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across shifts to ensure continuous support.
• Balance resources across sites for performance and cost efficiency.
• Establish communication protocols for round-the-clock coordination.
• Monitor portfolio-wide KPIs and service delivery standards.
