• Manage a limited portfolio of 23 - 34 sites with full accountability for 24x7 operations coverage
• Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple shifts to ensure continuous operational support
• Balance resource allocation across portfolio sites to optimize performance and cost efficiency
• Monitor and report on portfolio-wide performance metrics and KPI achievement
• Lead with passion and establish a proactive safety culture across sites and teams
