Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our nocturnist team in Dothan, Alabama. The selected candidate will provide overnight care to hospitalized adults, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

The position offers a 12-hour night schedule (8:00 PM–8:00 AM), opportunities to practice at the top of your license, and a supportive hospital environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• Night shift experience desirable.
• Strong autonomous practice and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform 12-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Deliver hospital-based care to adult inpatients.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Manage admissions, rounds, and cross-coverage duties.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Adjust medications and therapies as needed.
• Respond to overnight changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve care quality.
• Ensure timely documentation and communication of patient activities.
