Hire Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our nocturnist team in Dothan, Alabama. The selected candidate will provide overnight care to hospitalized adults, working with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The schedule is a 12-hour night shift from 8 PM to 8 AM. Candidates must have an active NP or PA license and board certification, with inpatient or critical care experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Valid NP or PA license and board certification.
• Experience in inpatient, hospitalist, critical care, or ED preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work 12-hour night shifts (8 PM–8 AM).
• Deliver comprehensive hospital-based care to adult inpatients.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Manage admissions, daily rounds, and cross-coverage duties.
• Order and interpret tests and imaging; adjust treatments as needed.
• Document patient activities accurately and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with doctors and leadership to improve care quality.
