The role focuses on overnight hospital-based care for adults, with collaboration among physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates hold an NP or PA license with board certification and have experience in inpatient, critical care, or acute care settings.

Qualificações

• ICU or hospitalist experience preferred in nocturnist roles.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills required.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a physician-led team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform 12-hour night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Deliver hospital-based care to adult patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Manage admissions, daily rounds, and cross-coverage duties.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (labs and imaging).
• Adjust medications as needed for patient care.
• Respond to overnight patient condition changes promptly.
• Collaborate with doctors and hospital leadership to improve care.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and communication.
