Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner for an inpatient, night-shift role (7pm–7am). This employed position offers a base salary of $125,500–$155,000 per year, CME allowance and malpractice coverage with tail.

You’ll join a team of 13 physicians and 8 APPs, provide comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care under physician supervision, and contribute to a robust health system network.

Competenze

• BLS within 30 days of hire
• Maryland PA license required
• Graduate of accredited PA program; Master's degree preferred
• 1 year healthcare experience preferred
• Inpatient setting experience is a plus

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of 13 physicians and 8 APPs
• Schedule: 7pm-7am
• Call structure: None
• Practice setting: Inpatient
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• NCCPA, AANPCM, or ANCC Board Certification
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care under physician supervision to manage both acute and chronic health conditions effectively.
• Conduct detailed health assessments, gather complete patient histories, and interpret diagnostic tests to guide precise, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Previous critical care experience is a plus!

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physician Assistant credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physicians obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience

• 1 year of experience preferred.
