Job summary

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore seeks an Internist/Family Medicine physician for an inpatient role within a nonprofit health system. The position offers full-time employment, base salary of $245,000 with RVU/QI incentives, CME allowance, and tail malpractice coverage. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Join an established team of 13 physicians and 8 APPs7 on/7 off schedule

Practice setting: Inpatient

Closed ICU

Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Currently considering physicians completing training in 2026 or earlier

Adapt fluidly across specialized clinical shifts, delivering targeted care either as a dedicated admitter managing initial workups and entry into the hospital, or as a rounder managing patients daily through to recovery

Coordinate seamless patient transitions and discharge plans in close collaboration with the case management team, ensuring safe, well-communicated continuity of care for patients returning home or transitioning to post-acute facilities.
