Job summary

A leading software solutions provider is seeking NOC -- Network Operation Center Specialists for a long-term contract based in Irving, TX. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting video delivery systems, maintaining knowledge databases, and leading medium projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with skills in UNIX/Linux OS and video network monitoring. Work environment requires flexibility to operate in a 24x7 shift schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions of video delivery systems.
• Experience in Cable Headends, Hubs, IPTV, FiOS, OTT environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot and implement corrective actions of end-to-end video delivery systems.
• Maintain and manage the knowledge articles and database.
• Work independently with ability to lead/coordinate medium projects.
