Job summary

STRATA Networks is seeking a Temp Network Operations Technician (NOC) in Roosevelt, UT to provide front-line support for customers. You will diagnose issues, guide end-users through technical solutions, and dispatch field technicians as needed.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as coverage rotates between locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to STRATA services (DSL, PON, Coax, Wi-Fi, bandwidth, email, end-user equipment, wireless).
• Provide remote support and guide customers through technical solutions.
