Job summary

Boldyn Networks Italia in Las Vegas is seeking a knowledgeable NOC Technician to join our 24/7 operations. Based in our Las Vegas office, you will monitor client infrastructure, handle initial triage, and manage tickets through to resolution.

This Panama shift runs 6pm PT to 7am PT, offering an hourly pay of 29–32 USD, plus a 5% Panama shift premium, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Strong communication and CCNA certification are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university with at least 1 year of IT Desktop Support experience.
• CCNA or similar network certification required.
• Network Monitoring Center experience is a big plus.
• DAS experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls, creating tickets, and performing initial triage for issue resolution.
• Determining customer impact and urgency of issues.
• Escalating or assigning tickets to the appropriate team members or engineers when needed.
• Owning tickets until closure and communicating updates as needed.
• Notifying internal employees and external customers of outages.

*This is a "Panama" shift working 6pm PT - 7am PT

What you'll be doing

What you'll bring
