Job summary

Net2Source is hiring a Hardware Technician I / NOC Analyst in Bartlesville, OK, for a 6+ month contract. The role focuses on network and infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and escalation support to maintain uptime across critical systems.

The position offers a 40-hour week with day shift onsite and potential remote night shifts. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with monitoring tools, a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, and a track record in NOC or network operations

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response processes.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Experience working in a NOC environment preferred.”

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, and infrastructure alerts in a 24x7 NOC.
• Triage incidents and provide first-level troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Escalate issues to engineering teams as needed and track through resolution.
• Maintain runbooks and monitoring documentation for consistency.
• Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage conference bridges for Problem Management.
