This role is a player-coach position for a senior technologist with solid leadership and mentoring experience: this role is strictly hands-on technical positions. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing and supporting critical infrastructure
• Certifications such as CCNA/JNCIA/JNCIS/MCSE or equivalent
• Strong leadership by example and ownership of problems

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate operational tasks to maintain systems per SOPs
• Participate in after-action reviews to improve quality
• Develop subject matter expertise in systems, technologies, or processes
• Assist in creating runbooks and SOPs for Tier 1 staff
• Coach and mentor junior staff and act as escalation point for outages
