Job summary

NetFabric is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor for its 24×7 Network Operations Center in the Oklahoma City area. This role combines senior technical work with mentoring and coaching of junior staff, serving as an escalation point for complex issues.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience managing critical infrastructure, along with certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or CISSP, and a drive to improve systems, processes, and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Relevant advanced technical certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ practical experience in managing critical infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor junior staff, and serve as an escalation point for more difficult problems.
• Assist with infrastructure design and architecture to meet high standards of performance and availability.
• Develop authoritative runbooks and operating procedures for NOC operations.
• Provide credible input for technology standards and policy decisions.
• Develop mastery in multiple systems, technologies, or processes critical to NOC success.
