Net2Source is hiring a Hardware Technician I / NOC Analyst in Bartlesville, OK, for a 6+ month contract. The role focuses on network and infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and escalation support to maintain uptime across critical systems.

The position offers a 40-hour week with day shift onsite and potential remote night shifts. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with monitoring tools, a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, and a track record in NOC or network operations

Qualifications

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response processes.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
Experience working in a NOC environment preferred.”

Responsibilities

Monitor network, server, and infrastructure alerts in a 24x7 NOC.
Triage incidents and provide first-level troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
Escalate issues to engineering teams as needed and track through resolution.
Maintain runbooks and monitoring documentation for consistency.
Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows.
Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Manage conference bridges for Problem Management.

Location: Bartlesville, OK

Duration: 6+ Months Contract – Possible Extension/Conversion

Pay Rate: $18-19.72/hr

Schedule: 40 hours/week; 5-40 schedule, 8-hour days

Job Overview

We are seeking a Hardware Technician I / NOC Analyst to provide network and infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and escalation support to help maintain uptime across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network, server, and infrastructure alerts across a 24x7 NOC environment.
Identify, triage, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime.
Perform first-level troubleshooting and elevate to engineering teams as needed.
Maintain and update runbooks and monitoring documentation.
Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows.
Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Manage conference bridges for Problem Management.

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with monitoring tools.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.

Preferred Qualifications

CCNA or similar networking certification.
Experience supporting energy or utilities sector environments.
Experience with ServiceNow.
Prior experience in a NOC or network operations environment.

Work Arrangement

Night shift can be remote.
Day shift will be onsite in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
