Job summary

REJIS is seeking an on-site NOC Technician to monitor and support our data center and associated services. The role offers a compressed four-day work week with three 12-hour shifts (Sun–Tue) and a half-day on Wednesday, with on-call coverage and potential recall on short notice.

The position includes 3+ weeks of vacation and training on new technologies. You will respond to alerts, perform software installs and patching, and assist users with hardware and software issues while documenting

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT role with training provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Experience with Windows/Office is a plus.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and data center alerts to maintain a reliable service environment.
• Document and escalate issues following standard operating procedures.
• Perform software installs, server patching, and remote system administration.
• Resolve desktop, printer, browser, and application issues; reset passwords via Active Directory.
• Record, classify, and communicate customer and internal requests.
