Job summary

IP Pathways LLC is hiring a NOC Technician to join our 24/7 operations. You will troubleshoot client issues, monitor networks, and assist with cloud and data center services. Primary shift 5pm–1am Monday–Friday with occasional holiday/weekend coverage. Requires 1 year IT support experience and strong customer service skills.

You will work with engineers and vendors, using RMM tools to maintain uptime and performance for multiple clients in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial MSP setting.

Qualifications

• One year IT support or help desk experience in an MSP or similar environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with diverse clients.
• Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) and related dashboard tools.
• Basic networking troubleshooting and familiarity with VPN/DNS concepts.
• Technical aptitude and quick learning of new technologies and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-client support by troubleshooting and resolving client requests across networking, security, servers, and productivity apps.
• Monitor networks and systems using RMM tools and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Support cloud and data center operations including backups, anti-spam/anti-virus, DNS and collaboration platforms.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and diagnose incidents; coordinate with engineers and vendors; ensure SLA-aligned service delivery.
