Job summary

Brite is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to provide end-user IT support for a managed services environment. You will manage multiple tickets, troubleshoot basic computer and network issues, and document steps and interactions to ensure consistent customer experiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS or related field and 2+ years in high-volume support; certifications like A+, Network+, Security+ are preferred. Rochester-based candidates only may apply for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS or related field and 2+ years in end-user support.
• Relevant certifications preferred (A+, Security+, Network+).
• Experience with cloud backup solutions (Datto) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage service tickets within SLA and handle high volume calls.
• Troubleshoot basic computer and networking issues by phone/email.
• Document troubleshooting steps and customer interactions.
• Perform on-site visits to troubleshoot workstations and printers.
• Escalate issues to higher levels when needed.
• Run diagnostics and analyze results to resolve reported issues.
• Maintain knowledge base and contribute to documentation.
