Job summary

Qualifications

• Certifications: Network+, CCNA. ITIL certs are a plus.
• Experience with AWS Cloud surveillance.
• NOC or call center experience 24/7 operations.
• Preferred: ServiceNow proficiency.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has strong IP networking knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to respond to network incidents within established SLA timelines.
