Job summary
Link Technologies is seeking a NOC Technician to support IT Operations, Engineering and Support. You will serve as a 1st level escalation for production issues, analyze alarms, and work with multiple IT groups to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a hotel/casino environment.
The role requires 1–2 years in Windows Server with Active Directory, experience with ticketing and monitoring tools, and strong customer service. Local candidates in Las Vegas are preferred for on-site support.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in administering Windows Server with AD focus.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools is a plus.
- Strong customer service and teamwork required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a hotel/casino IT setting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as 1st level escalation for production system issues.
- Triage alarms and assist in troubleshooting applications and infra.
- Collaborate with IT groups to resolve production problems.
- Update standard tech docs to reduce future escalations.
- Monitor backups and manage data recovery activities.
- Manage user accounts and perform routine system maintenance.
- Assist in changes and document outcomes for PCRs.
- Prepare shift end reports and hand over unresolved items.
