Job summary

Metronet is seeking an Application Assurance NOC Technician II in Minnetonka/Hopkins, MN to monitor data centers, servers, and applications 24/7. You will respond to alarms, document incidents, and coordinate with internal teams to minimize downtime.

The role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a technical field and 2–5 years in IT/infrastructure, with hands-on experience in ITOM tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and Nagios.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or equivalent training.
• 2–5 years of IT, network, or data center experience.
• Experience with ITOM, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a 24x7 Operations Center with shift work.
• Monitor ITOM and network systems for alarms and performance.
• Log, track, and resolve alarm events with accuracy.
• Provide 2nd level support and manage escalations.
