Qualifications

• Experience supporting large scale TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks.
• Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of routers and switches (Cisco/Arista/Juniper).
• Experience in a financial markets or NOC environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for global IP network infrastructure and services.
• Raise incident tickets and escalate to engineering when needed.
• Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
• Provide after-hours on-call escalation and 24x7 IP Desk coverage on rotation.
