Job summary

Phoenix Staff is seeking a hands-on Network Operations Center (NOC) Supervisor to lead a technical team responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining critical network infrastructure. This on-site role in Phoenix requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The successful candidate will coach staff, coordinate network changes, monitor operations, and partner with IT leaders to ensure secure, reliable, and highly available services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 4+ years IT or network experience, preferably in a NOC/technical support.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead and develop technical staff.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NOC team, including staffing and coaching.
• Direct daily monitoring and support of LAN/WAN.
• Investigate incidents and outages; drive resolutions.
• Support installations, upgrades, backups, DR initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in NOC.
