Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking a hands-on NOC Supervisor to lead a high-performing team responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical network infrastructure.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure service reliability, and foster continuous improvement and professional development. The role involves incident and change management, vendor partnerships, budgeting, and maintaining a secure, scalable network environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer information systems or IT; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Four years of related experience, preferably in a technical call center.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead an effective NOC team and staffing model for growth and development.
• Lead deployment, installation, administration, and maintenance of LAN and WAN technologies; manage incidents and change tickets.
• Oversee inventory and lifecycle management; advise on software licenses, hardware, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other Supervisors on Change Management to meet compliance and policies.
• Assist Sr. Manager with annual budgets and vendor relationships and costs.
• Maintain current knowledge of technologies and staff training; drive process improvements.
• Review performance metrics and implement new measures and metrics.
• Work shifts including weekends/holidays as needed.
