FNTS NOC Analyst (3rd Shift: 11PM - 07:30AM CST) sits in a critical role delivering 24x7 operational support for mainframe and cloud core systems. You will monitor batch processes, outages, and scheduling, acting as a centralized hub for communications and escalation.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, solid knowledge of mainframe operations, and a collaborative mindset to partner with internal teams and clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in an enterprise IT ops environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with internal/external partners.
• Knowledge of mainframe, tape management and batch operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and submit customer mainframe batch processes.
• Monitor and report on customer network/server outages.
• Mainframe job scheduling and abend remediation with CA7/CA Scheduler/IBM Tivoli.
• Communicate incidents via email/phone and escalate when needed.
• Support bridge calls and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with server patching activities and document procedures.
