Job summary

FNTS is seeking a NOC Analyst for the 3rd shift (11 PM–7:30 AM CST) to support a diverse client base with 24x7 operations. You will monitor mainframe batch processes, handle incident triage, and assist with server patching across IBMz, IBMi, Windows, Linux, and AIX environments.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service and mainframe experience, plus familiarity with CA7/CA Scheduler. This hybrid role is based in Omaha, NE with some remote days and a strong focus on teamwork and client

Responsibilities

• Monitor and submit customer mainframe batch processes.
• Monitor and report on customer network and/or server outages.
• Mainframe job scheduling and abend remediation using CA7/CA Scheduler/IBM Tivoli or similar scheduling software.
• Monitor customer communication via email or phone, escalating where appropriate.
• Participate in customer bridge calls as needed.
• Monitor and assist with server patching activities.
• Incident triage, correlation, and escalation.
• Create and enhance operational documentation including runbooks, processes and procedures.
• Identify and recommend improvements that enhance the client experience.
• Participate in automaton efforts leveraging advanced automation technologies.
• Complete duties as assigned.
