Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated strong written communication skills, as evidenced in application materials.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage enterprise job scheduling and data center operations.
• Troubleshoot scheduling errors and optimize workflows; reduce manual tasks.
• Coordinate incident follow-up and escalation with internal/external teams.
• Create reports and maintain documentation for leadership and customers.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and service alert management.
