• Identify degradations and failures using monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot high-priority events and coordinate outages.
• Coordinate communications with end users and technical teams.
• Maintain tickets and logs per Mercy SOPs.
• Follow EOC run-book guidelines for restoration.
• Coordinate outage conference bridges as part of outages.
• Support team members during large scale events.
• Monitor weather conditions and escalate as needed.
