Job summary

COMTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS seeks a Network Support I to monitor and troubleshoot mission-critical IP networks and applications. You will provide first-line customer support, triage incidents, and help maintain uptime within the NOC.

Requirements include 1+ year in help desk or network admin, Remedy/Helix experience, and familiarity with Windows OS; PSAP knowledge is a plus. Position is on-site in Stoughton MA or Broomfield CO.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in a Help Desk or Network Admin role.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy/Helix).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server OS.
• Knowledge of 9-1-1 PSAP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network elements for anomalies and troubleshoot using management software.
• Identify and triage incidents; escalate to Tier2 NOC as needed.
• Provide first-line technical support via helpdesk line.
• Notify customers on incident progress and status changes.
• Document trends and assist in resolving recurring issues.
