Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Network Operations Center analyst in Mesa to monitor alarms, troubleshoot network systems, and lead incident resolution. You will manage Windows and Linux servers and coordinate internal/external teams to restore services efficiently.

The role requires 5 years in IT support, CCNA/CCNP within 60 days, and experience with SD-WAN and cloud networks. A Public Trust clearance is required and shifts include nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years IT support or related field.
• 2 years network support: Windows and/or Linux servers.
• CCNA or CCNP certification within 60 days.
• SD-WAN, cloud-based networks experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide alarm monitoring/response and incident escalation.
• Troubleshoot network systems and improve performance.
• Lead critical network incidents and coordinate resources.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers.
• Administer Juniper/Cisco firewalls and WLAN.
• Support NOC functions: DNS, IP, VPNs.
